How the Brightpearl and Aphix Supplier Portal integration works
Vendors
Vendor details are securely synced from Brightpearl to the PO Portal.
Purchase orders
POs created in Brightpearl can be viewed by the vendor in the Portal and are accessible via a single-click smart-link (no login required).
Order updates
Vendors can confirm item process, due dates and tracking references in the Portal with updates synced back to Brightpearl.
Order acknowledgments
When POs are acknowledged by vendors via the Portal, the order’s status is updated to reflect this in Brightpearl.
