Your Customer Success team will regularly check in on your account to ensure everything is running smoothly. They’ll report back to you with a handy presentation on their findings and recommendations – with everything explained in a simple, easy-to-understand way.

Utilization reviews

We're committed to helping all our customers maximize their investment in Brightpearl and we constantly tweak our platform based on feedback. Periodically, we’ll look at how you use the system before making personalized recommendations to help you get even more value from it.

Success Plans

To help you get the best from Brightpearl and grow, we may put together a Success Plan. This could include recommendations such as additional training for your staff or a combination of new features to suit your needs. Don't worry – we won't just set up a plan and walk away – we'll work with you to meet any targets in six months or less.
