How the Brightpearl and EZCom Lingo integration works
Order (850)
New orders from trading partners are created in Brightpearl as sales orders. Inventory is then allocated to the order.
Orders acknowledgment (855)
Upon full allocation of a new order, it is confirmed in Lingo. Alternatively, the order may be either rejected or placed on backorder.
Advanced ship notice (856)
When items are shipped in Brightpearl, an ASN is sent to Lingo, informing your trading partner of the dispatched items and tracking information.
Inventory advice (846)
On-hand inventory levels are synced from Brightpearl to Lingo and transmitted to the trading partner(s).
Invoice (810)
When sales orders are invoiced in Brightpearl, the invoice document is created in Lingo.
