Our CommerceHub integration enables you to connect with your trading partners, selling directly to retailers or dropshipping on their behalf. New orders placed by your trading partners will download automatically into your Brightpearl account ready to be processed. Also, we’ll keep your retailers informed on inventory availability.
How it works
Orders
New purchases from your trading partners are created in Brightpearl as sales orders, automatically reserving available inventory.
Order acknowledgements
When a new order is fully allocated, an order acknowledgement is created in CommerceHub.
Advance ship notices
When items are shipped in Brightpearl, ASN is sent to CommerceHub notifying your trading partner of the dispatched items and tracking details.
Invoices
Once orders are invoiced in Brightpearl, the invoice transaction is created in CommerceHub.
Inventory
Changes to inventory levels in Brightpearl will update CommerceHub.
